Scorecard and what-ifs
Ratios vs policy lights. Dial AR / inventory to see the live recompute.
What-if dials
Adjust AR and inventory. Ratios recompute on the adjusted balances.
+ AR raises current and quick (more receivables in CA, cash unchanged). − AR lowers those ratios unless the reduction is collected into cash.
+ Inventory = more stock in CA (current ↑, quick unchanged); − Inventory = stock reduction frees CA / cash if sold.
How this is calculated
- CA (current assets) = Cash + AR + Inventory + Other CA
- CL (current liabilities) = AP + Accrued + Other CL
- Current ratio = CA ÷ CL
- Quick ratio = (Cash + AR) ÷ CL
- Cash ratio = Cash ÷ CL
- NWC (net working capital) = CA − CL · NWC / Revenue when revenue is provided
- Lights use your editable green / amber floors (below amber = red)
- What-ifs add the dialled $ to AR or Inventory and recompute ratios
