How this is calculated
- Throughput = Selling price − Truly variable cost (materials)
- Throughput / bottleneck minute = Throughput ÷ Bottleneck minutes
- Rank by Throughput / bottleneck minute descending
- OEE (optional) = Availability × Performance × Quality
